Clean Eating Challenge

My Fitness Pal are running a clean eating challenge. Basically eat cleanly for 10 days. That’s fresh, healthy, non processed.

You can choose how to participate, based on your lifestyle / budget etc.

As it’s my first go I’m opting for one meal a day. I’ve googled some resources to help me really define what’s “clean” and today’s my first day (MFP’s challenge actually started last week)

Looking at my diary for this week I might be setting myself up to fail, I have meetings after work 3/5 evenings, which often means eating on the go..But, let’s see.

Today’s clean meal was breakfast. Smoked salmon and guacamole on toasted rye bread.
